Commercial premises and catering kitchens need competent gas safety inspection. This site uses CP42 as the common name for catering gas certification.

Published starting prices: commercial gas from £149; catering/CP42 from £149.

This is distinct from a domestic CP12. Commercial equipment, pipework and ventilation are assessed for business use.
